2021 Annual Spring Meeting Notice and Information

LLSA Neighbors-Notice of Spring 2021 Annual Meeting,

As the Vice-President of the Long Lake Shores Association Board of Directors, I am writing to inform you that our by-laws require that we have an annual meeting in April.  We have not had an LLSA association meeting since the Spring of 2019 and, as a result, the majority of the Board of Directors terms have expired.  In fact, the only two remaining board members at this time are, myself and Bob Rotenberg (Treasurer), and our terms are expiring in April 2021.    As such, all 7 positions on the board are up for re-election at the upcoming annual meeting, and we need volunteers to serve.  Whether you have served before and, especially if you have never served, we would appreciate your investment of time in volunteering to serve our neighborhood community.   Thank you to those who have already agreed to run for the board at the upcoming meeting, and we are still looking for more candidates.   Thank you to the neighbors, whose terms have expired, for their time serving on the Board (Sheldon Yellen, Loren Schwarzenfeld, David Schwarzenfeld, Dennis Parks & Burt Stillman).

This notice is to inform you that our Spring 2021 Annual Long Lake Shores Association Meeting will be on Wednesday, April 28^th, 2021 at 7 PM at Forest Lake Country Club, 1401 Club Drive, Bloomfield Hills, MI  48302.  If you are attending in person, masks will be required, and we will be socially distanced.

2020 Annual Dues

As you know, our HOA meeting is usually in May and unfortunately during these uncertain times we are unable to schedule the meeting.  In the meantime, it is getting warmer out and soon everyone will be anxious to get their boats in the water and would like to receive the boat code to the boat launch.  Annual dues of $200.00 for 2020 must be paid prior to May 1^st.  If you would like the boat launch code, please make sure Bob Rotenberg or Gail Kennedy receives dues by May 1, 2020.  Upon receipt of your dues, you will receive an email acknowledging payment as well as the new boat launch code.  When you are up to date with your dues you can log into the website and get your boat code anytime.
